Age & Identification
Tattoo services are available only to clients aged 18 or older. Every client must present valid government-issued photo identification. The studio may refuse service if age or identity cannot be verified.
Consultations & Estimates
Consultations may take place online or at the studio. Initial prices, session durations, and completion times are estimates based on the information provided.
The final price may change if the size, placement, style, colour, complexity, or design changes. Tattoo pricing is based on the complete project rather than time alone.
Bookings
An appointment is confirmed only when:
- The studio has accepted the project
- The artist and appointment time have been confirmed
- The required deposit has been received
- The client has provided accurate booking information
Unconfirmed appointment requests may be offered to another client.
Deposits
Deposits secure the artist’s time and cover consultation, administration, scheduling, and design preparation.
Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price. They are normally non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or project without written approval from the studio.
If the studio cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend may result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit may be required to make another booking.
Travel delays, flight changes, visa issues, and accommodation problems remain the client’s responsibility.
Late Arrival & No-Shows
Clients should arrive at the scheduled time of their appointment.
Late arrival may reduce the available tattooing time. If the tattoo cannot be completed, an additional paid session may be required.
Arriving more than 40 minutes late without contacting the studio may be treated as a no-show.
Prices & Payments
The studio’s minimum price is 1,000,000 VND. Prices depend on the design, size, placement, style, complexity, and technical requirements.
Payment is due immediately after each session. Accepted payment methods and any transaction fees will be communicated before payment.
Any change to the agreed project may affect the final price.
Design & Revisions
References provided by clients are used for inspiration and communication. The studio will not knowingly reproduce another artist’s custom tattoo or copyrighted artwork exactly.
The artist may adjust the design to improve readability, placement, anatomical flow, healing, and long-term appearance.
The client must approve the design, placement, approximate size, and orientation before tattooing begins. Major concept changes or repeated revisions may require an additional design fee, deposit, or appointment.
Intellectual Property
Original sketches, stencils, compositions, photographs, and artwork remain the intellectual property of the artist or studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment for a tattoo does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights. Designs may not be sold, reproduced on merchandise, used as branding, or commercially distributed without written permission.
Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any relevant health information that could affect the safety or healing of the tattoo, including:
- Allergies or sensitivities
- Skin conditions or infections
- Relevant medication or medical conditions
- Previous reactions to tattoo products
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Illness on the appointment date
The studio may postpone or refuse a service when tattooing may be unsafe. Studio staff do not provide medical diagnoses.
Fitness for the Appointment
The studio may refuse or postpone tattooing if a client:
- Cannot provide informed consent
- Appears unwell
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Has irritated, injured, infected, or sunburned skin
- Provides inaccurate health or identification information
- Refuses to follow hygiene and safety instructions
- Behaves aggressively, abusively, or inappropriately
Consent & Tattoo Risks
Every client must complete the studio’s consent and health declaration before tattooing.
Clients acknowledge that tattoos are permanent and that individual results can vary. Healing, fading, pigment retention, and long-term appearance may be affected by skin characteristics, placement, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare.
A digital preview cannot guarantee an identical result on skin.
Placement & Technical Limitations
Hands, fingers, feet, elbows, knees, and other high-movement or high-friction areas may fade or blur more quickly.
The studio may refuse a placement, size, or level of detail that is unlikely to heal or age successfully. Cover-up and scar-related work cannot guarantee complete concealment.
Aftercare
The studio will provide aftercare instructions. Clients are responsible for following them carefully.
The studio is not responsible for problems caused by poor aftercare, scratching, picking, swimming, excessive sunlight, friction, unsuitable products, or failure to obtain appropriate medical assistance.
Clients should contact the studio if they have healing concerns. Possible medical complications should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up may be available within 2 years, subject to inspection and artist approval.
Complimentary touch-ups cover normal minor pigment loss. They do not cover design changes, additional details, damage caused by poor aftercare, or tattoos altered by another artist.
High-wear placements may be excluded. Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered.
Visitors & Personal Belongings
Visitors require studio approval and must follow staff instructions. They must not interfere with the artist or enter sterile working areas.
Clients are responsible for their belongings. Recording staff or other clients without permission is prohibited.
Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
The studio may refuse or stop a service because of harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe behaviour, sexual misconduct, property damage, unauthorized recording, or failure to follow staff instructions.
The studio may also refuse unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, or technically unsafe tattoo requests. Payment remains due for completed work and committed resources.
Studio Cancellations
The studio may postpone, cancel, or reassign an appointment because of artist illness, emergencies, equipment problems, hygiene concerns, building issues, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The studio will offer a suitable rescheduled appointment, an alternative artist with the client’s approval, or a deposit refund.
